Lauren Schwarzfeld has spent the past 25 years working in publicity, sales, fundraising, and marketing through various industries, realizing that the most powerful part of marketing is the incredible possibility found in human connection. She has worked in books as a publicist with Rise Books and as an author and book influencer. She is endlessly curious, a lover of stories, travel, and new adventures. Lauren is the best-selling author of Unboxed: Essays on Learning to Trust Myself so I could Stop Doing the Things I Hate. She lives in Mt. Kisco, NY with her husband, three children and two dogs.
